Data diagraming, data wrangling/ETL, and dashboard creation for Georgia Tech’s Professional Education (GTPE) Course Portfolio Development.
Georgia Tech Professional Education (GTPE) creates credentials and courses for online Master degree programs as well non-credit courses requested by outside organizations. Until now, GTPE had no structured intake process for evaluating, prioritizing, and initiating these courses.
My work with GTPE has contributed to the development and support of this intake process through data flow diagramming, data wrangling and establishing data pipelines with Python, and data analysis, visualization, and dahsboard reporting with Tableau.
The resulting dashboards allow external requestors to track the progress of their course’s development and allow internal GTPE executives to make data-driven intake decisions based on each course’s projected business value, resource requirements, and risks.
